MEA has started to fully operate since 2018. We specialize in Training and Human Capital Development for knowledge management, soft skills, and technical skills.

We at MEA Academy Resources are focused on delivering superior training programs that enable our clients to harness the true potential of their human capital. We offer the latest training system and skills that can be designed according to our clients’ requirements.

Born as a knowledge and learning company to offer useful and innovative training on the market, also supported by new learning methods, our company grew in just a few years, expanding its training offer – attaining a leading role at national level – with the integration of research and consulting services.

What Makes Us Different

As a new generation management services and training company, we have a firm commitment to you and our Course Participants. We want to ensure that there is a measurable impact and sustainable change from your learning experience, in short that you are able to apply your learning to real business problems.

So, we believe that the reinforcement of learning is vitally important. Every Course Participant attending our training courses (public and/or onsite) receives extensive and ongoing Post-Course Support from MEA Academy Skills & Training Network® and our highly qualified Course Leaders for a period of 12 months after the training course.
